These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Obvious Hire™ Method (“the Method”), including all associated tools, frameworks, materials, and AI-powered applications (“Bots”).
By accessing or using the Method, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
The Obvious Hire™ Method is a structured career strategy system designed to support professionals in strengthening how they are understood, positioned, and evaluated in hiring decisions.
The service may include:
- Proprietary frameworks and methodologies
- Digital content (written, visual, and interactive)
- AI-powered Bots simulating hiring perspectives
- Optional advisory or coaching elements (if purchased)
The Method is not:
- A recruitment or job placement service
- An executive search service
- A guarantee of employment outcomes
3. Nature of the Service
The Obvious Hire™ Method is a structured career strategy system designed to strengthen how you are perceived, evaluated, and selected in hiring decisions.
It provides you with:
- Frameworks used to interpret roles and expectations
- Tools to position your experience clearly and at the right level
- Insight into how hiring decisions are made in practice
- Practical guidance to improve how you present, communicate, and perform
The purpose of the Method is to increase your ability to be recognised as a strong and relevant candidate—what we refer to as becoming “the obvious choice.”
However, you acknowledge that:
- Hiring decisions are influenced by factors beyond your control, including market conditions, competition, timing, and organisational dynamics
- The Method supports positioning, clarity, and performance, but does not determine outcomes
- Final decisions remain with employers and are subject to their own criteria and judgment
The Method is designed to improve how you are understood and compared in hiring decisions. It does not guarantee selection, interview progression, or job offers.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
You acknowledge that:
- No job, interview, or hiring outcome is guaranteed
- Results vary based on individual execution and external factors
- The Method is intended to improve your positioning and performance—not control results
Any testimonials or examples are illustrative only and do not represent typical outcomes.
5. Use of AI Tools
The Bots are AI-powered tools designed to provide structured guidance and simulated hiring perspectives.
By using the Bots, you acknowledge:
- Outputs are generated using probabilistic models and pattern-based processing
- Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not fully applicable to your situation
- The Bots do not provide legal, financial, employment, or recruitment advice
- You are solely responsible for interpreting and applying outputs
The Bots are intended to support your thinking, not replace your judgment or decision-making.
