Leadership & Career Expert, Coach, Mentor, and Speaker with a 30-year career built in the heart of corporate disruption: crises, failing projects, fractured leadership teams, cost-cutting and digital transformations all under global scrutiny.

As a Deloitte Forensic director, I worked with Fortune 500 clients in chaos. I led teams through disruption, built trust in the toughest environments, and have been the person leaders call when everything is on the line. As a hiring manager, I’ve been the decision-maker on who joined my teams. I’ve also faced my own career challenges firsthand, including redundancy when I stepped out of consultancy into industry.

After three decades in senior corporate roles, I founded Emily Julia Coaching to bring that same clarity, stability, and momentum to driven professionals and forward-thinking organizations.
