You’ve got the experience.
So why isn’t it leading to more interviews?
Built from more than 30 years of hiring and leadership experience.
Using one real example from your career, you’ll uncover one thing hiring managers may not be seeing.
It takes about 5 minutes.
One comment I hear again and again is:
“I’ve never looked at my career like that before.”
Most career tools start by asking: “How can I improve my CV?”
This one starts somewhere else. It asks:
“Why did previous organisations keep trusting you with important work?”
That changes everything. Because employers don’t hire experience.
They hire people they believe can solve the problems they need solving.
The better a hiring manager understands why previous organisations trusted you, the easier it becomes for them to believe you’ll be trusted to solve theirs.
That’s why this isn’t about rewriting your CV.
It’s about helping you understand the story your career has been telling all along, and making sure employers can see it too.

Hi, I’m Emily
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked where the stakes are highest, helping organisations navigate crises, failing projects, regulatory scrutiny, digital transformation and complex change.
As a Deloitte Forensic Director and later Group Compliance COO at an international private bank, I led teams through uncertainty, rebuilt confidence in challenging situations, and made hiring decisions across countries, functions and levels. I’ve seen first-hand what makes professionals stand out, and what causes talented people to be overlooked.
I’ve also experienced the other side of the table. After being made redundant, I found myself navigating the job market with more than 30 years of experience, only to discover that experience alone isn’t enough. That experience changed the way I think about hiring forever.
Today, I combine real hiring experience, executive coaching / mentoring, and purpose-built AI tools to help professionals understand how hiring managers really make decisions, and become the obvious choice for the roles they want.
Because becoming The Obvious Hire™ isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about making it obvious why someone should hire you.
